This is just the main riff which is in the intro and repeats in the chorus.
The rest of the chords should be easy enough to figure out on your own.

TO get this to sound just right, of course there are a lot of little things
that you have to do, such as palm muting, fret hand muting, chirping, etc.
Listen to the song and keep playing with it and you'll get it. I noted a
1/4 bend and a fret hand mute, but listen for more palm muting in the song,
such as with those notes on the D and A strings.
